End of April...

We found Robin eggs again... in the same nest under the deck stairs.  Last year 2 baby robins hatched & flew away.  Now we have 4 eggs.  It will be fun watching again as they hatch & grow.  

Porter was the first one in... it was hilarious.  He took off running then plunged into the pool, having no idea how warm or cold the water actually was.  It was a bit on the cool side.  However, that didn't keep anyone out.  As soon as the bus dropped off kids they were changed & in the water.

I started buying "big" carrots... the kind you peel.  The kids love grabbing them as their snacks.  Porter, Izy, & Victoria were using them as edible weapons... as soon as they got hungry they'd take a bite, then right back to slaying dragons.
