Hike 5.2 miles in the RAIN... sleep in the RAIN

7/30 STILL raining

Run 5.2 miles to retrieve a truck for sick hiker (Uncle Andy)

Hike back out 5.2 miles... begins raining again.

Rachel picks up Makayla & Abby (2 nieces from UT) going on our beach trip.

7/31 White water rafting... in the RAIN

Drive home 5 hours in the SUNSHINE!

Arrive home @9:30... last girls leaves @ 10:30PM

8/1 Get up & pack the car for NC & leave by 1pm

8/2-8 Arrive in NC @ 1AM

Water is 65* ALL week! The kids didn't mind.

8/13... I will be trying to get the rest of the rooms ready for the school year to start... maybe try & have a little fun with everyone too.

Falling asleep during Victoria's time-out... she was naughty out in the pool. This captures how I have felt this entire summer... EXHAUSTED! Couldn't stay awake for a 4 min. time-out... good thing Victoria can't tell time yet.
