YW High Adventure...
can be summarized in 1 word... RAIN! We left at 4AM in the rain & it never ended until we got back in the cars to head home. Despite the rain we had an amazing time. The theme was "life doesn't always turn out the way you plan". I was amazed at how 15 young girls ages 15-17 hiked with packs in the rain & never once complained. The entire 3 days we never heard a girl complain... we can't say that about the adults! My feet were wet & cold the entire time. Rafting was the highlight. We are planning a trip with a few families next year... with our kids that are 10 & older.
