Jeanie left this morning... it's always a little sad when she has to go home. Kasey is in NC for the next 4 months so all her trips will be there. We won't see them for a long while. Rebekah & Isabelle had their 1st soccer practice tonight. Isabelle had a ball... she was one of the top 3 players! Rebekah was VERY disappointed... for the past 3 years she has played up. Playing coed soccer with Sam & Casey is a lot different than playing with just girls her age. The league we usually play in was cut due to $$$. Her comment tonight amid tears was, "It's not challenging!" She went on to complain the kids were Porter's age... Ryan was confident they were her age... just far from her level of play. We'll see how the season goes. Casey received the last of his achievement awards as a Webelo... all 20 finished. He also earned the conservation patch... the one with the Panda. The other night driving home he expressed how excited he was to earn that patch. I told him if he wanted it that bad why didn't he tell me earlier. "I did, you said I couldn't earn it... it would take to long." Oops... sorry! I am not a scouter... it's a good program, I just can't seem to love it. Anyway, tonight he finished as a cub scout... earning his arrow of light.
