Day 48

Sunday..... hmmm it was ward conference today.

BPOMD: Facetiming Casey & Matt Valentine then Sam & Phil.

Sometimes our hearts get hurt by the very people that are suppose to love us the most.  Sometimes you have to take a break to allow your heart to heal.  I'm not sure how long that takes or if it really is possible when the hurts are swept under a rug or blatently ignored.   I hope I've learned to apologize and accept responsibility for hurts I've caused even if they weren't on purpose, especially when they weren't on purpose.  Sometimes the excuses and rationalization causes even more hurt and deeper wounds.
