Day 110

 Washington Square Park

The weather was beautiful today, we were met by a huge group waiting as we pulled up. 

 For Easter Dinner we served Mediterranean Couscous Soup and BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches as well as many sides and desserts.

 I love serving with these ladies as well as so many others! They have hearts of gold. 

 We served right around 100 friends today.

 We did things a little different today. We used cafeteria trays to serve our friends. We've used these for years with our kids. I love them because my food doesn't get all mushed together. I think it went over really well.
