Day 205

The time away was enjoyable. It was nice sleeping in, doing whatever we felt like whenever we felt like it. We ended the trip eating lunch at Five Guys and going to counseling. We talked about our trip and a couple of times my feelings were hurt. There are moments when Ryan just goes silent. For me it’s just another form of rejection. Then he never addresses the situation again. He just moves on and I am stuck with all these unresolved emotions. The going to Denver conversation was really hurtful, especially after I had planned such a nice getaway for his birthday and was exactly what he wanted it to be.
