Day 246

This morning I disconnected the water and drain from the bathroom vanity. We need to take the vanity out to remove wallpaper behind it and eventually paint the room. I asked Porter to help me move the vanity. His response surprised me. "Do you need to do it now?" I said I wanted to and he said, "I would rather wait for dad to come home so he can help me move it." I questioned why he didn't want me to help him move it. He responded, "I don't want you to have to move it."
