Family

I’ve had a vision of the ideal family forever in my heart. I think I was born with it. It isn’t a picture perfect family. It’s definitely not a family that doesn’t make mistakes.  It’s a family that laughs and cries together. One that picks each other up when they fall. One that wraps their arms around each other and reminds them they are loved. They don’t kick each other when they are down but lifts and carries one another when needed. They get hurt and they hurt. They forgive and are forgiven. We are still in the early process of building that ideal family. I’m fairly certain it will take forever to accomplish. But the journey is one I treasure. #givethanks #playhard
